September 27th, 2011
Cut Throats prestigious featherweight division, has seen many solid contenders compete for the coveted 145 title belt. In less then two weeks the featherweight belt will be put back on the line, and two worthy contenders will try to etch their respective names into the Cut Throat gold.
Former Cut Throat Featherweight champions Adam Ward, and Mike Sands left some pretty big shoes to fill. Adam Ward vacated the belt when he went pro, and Mike Sands also vacated the belt after dealing with a prolonged injury. Stepping up to represent the featherweight division is Team One's Jason Ignacek, and former number one contender Patriot Boxing's Nick "Kamp Karp" Flemm.
Jason Ignacek has run the gauntlet in the division with an impressive (8-1-0) record and has set his sites on the organization where he first made his fighting debuts belt.
Nick Flemm on the other hand has already felt the pressure of fighting for the title. In a controversial referee call, Flemm was robbed of his moment to become the Cut Throat's featherweight title holder. Flemm looks to rebound from his past loss in a hope to gain the belt he knows should be his.
These two fighters are without a doubt the elite featherweights in Cut throat . Knowing how both fight, this will without a doubt be one of the most exciting title bouts in Cut Throat history.
