Cheez TV Premieres Friday, January 20th on WCIU-TV Chicago

This Friday night, January 20, Cheez TV premieres on WCIU in Chicago at 2:00am. The show puts the spotlight on local MMA camps including interviews with fighters, coaches, and fans. Featured on this episode is the story of recently injured MMA fighter Jeff Dunbar.

Jeff was injured during an MMA bout in December and is currently at Kindred North Hospital in Chicago undergoing rehabilitation on his long road to recovery. Cheez took a trip to the hospital to talk with Jeff, his mother Kathy, and his coach, Josh Bulak of Team No Comment. The Cheez TV cameras let viewers inside the hospital room to see how Jeff is holding up and to hear first hand from his mother describe what the family is going through.

On a lighter note, Cheez catches up with Carlson Gracie fighter Sam Ferguson as he prepares for his upcoming Cut Throat MMA Middleweight Title fight at Cut Throat MMA's Invasion Aurora on Friday, January 27. The viewers can also see never before released fan footage taken from several Cut Throat MMA events in late 2011, as well as fight footage from Eric Rasmussen .vs. Dan Ortiz, Jason Ignacek .vs. Nick Flemm, Mike Reid .vs. Quinton O'Brien, Paul Amos .vs. Mike O'Connor, and more!
